    Griffin Moore (they/them) believes that our passions, skills, and talents can transform our work, the workforce, and our communities. Since 2011, they have supported career changers and organizations serving them, as a coach, facilitator, advisor, public speaker, and DEI advocate.

    To support this work, Griffin became a certified CliftonStrengths Coach through Gallup, a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, and a community liaison with Washington, DC’s Office of Human Rights. Griffin holds a B.A. in African American History, and is working toward a Master of Science degree in Organization Development at American University's School of Public Affairs, to support their efforts to promote more accountable and effective organizations.
