Greg was added to the Spectrum team in March 2018 to grow the US business. Spectrum designs training and development programs specific to a client's technology stack and required role. We then source diverse candidates with the right attitude and aptitude, provide technical training and career mentoring to mold those fantastic raw materials into outstanding contributors with the exact skill set required by the client. All while pushing equality of access to the innovation economy.
