Greg Hoy
Creative Outreach, Pinterest
Forced to self-learn all things Adobe as editor of his college's newspaper, Greg accidentally started a career. A decade designing in the NYC ad world followed, with five years at Digitas, a few art directing for fashion icon Kenneth Cole, and (briefly) being the first creative director for Zagat Survey. Realizing a greater strength in people over pixels, he pivoted, founding the east coast office of a Chicago-based RPO start-up. This led to running creative hiring for Crispin, Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, CO — Ad Age’s ‘Agency of the Decade’. He joined Facebook in 2010, building out their product and communication design teams and process, and landed safely at Pinterest last summer. He is a musician, an ENFP, and very happy to be here.
