Greg Baker is a lecturer in computational linguistics (artificial intelligence for text) at Macquarie University in Sydney (Australia), and is affiliated with the Australian National University for his research into next-generation AI to support under-resourced and endangered languages. He has been a distinguished instructor at GA since 2016. Past employers include Google and CSIRO, and he has two successful business exits. He has written 7 books and been awarded a patent. His client list after 25 years of consulting is a who's-who of national governments, enterprises and not-for-profits, having also contributed clauses to the Australia-USA free trade agreement. He is also an internationally-awarded composer with credits for three film scores and has performed on stage with the Piano Guys.
