As Clarabridge's solutions architect I work closely with customers and professional services to design future capabilities, interfaces, and overall releases of the Clarabridge product. In addition, I lead product management's field presence by working shoulder-to-shoulder with Clarabridge customers to ensure the roadmap for the product aligns with the business drivers and needs of each customer organization.
My responsibilities include prototyping solutions, owning products in an agile scrum, strategically mapping new integrations to other enterprise systems, and advanced data visualizations.
