Gordon Ng is Director of UX and Web Development at JBS International, where he serves as creative lead and directs a team of Web designers, User Experience (UX) designers, developers, and project managers. He has 21 years of experience with creative direction, information architecture, content strategy, UX design, Web design, and Web development, and has primarily worked with Drupal sites since 2009. He was creative lead on the National Institute on Aging Web site redesign in 2011, and since joining JBS International in 2010 he has provided creative direction for nearly 30 Drupal sites. Prior to his work at JBS International, Gordon ran Pangeum Interactive, a digital agency that provided Web design and development services to clients including AmericaOnline, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, and the Voice of America.
