Gloria Baldino has 30 years of experience in sales, sales management and sales executive positions, including 23 years with IBM and Microsoft, and the last 7 years as a sales executive with 2 private equity owned digital marketing companies. She has been responsible for hiring, training, and developing sales professionals and sales managers as well as driving profitable revenue results and customer satisfaction.
She has a passion for mentoring, coaching and training individuals and teams.
Her teaching experience includes two years working as a curriculum developer and trainer for the Microsoft - Urban League "Youth IT Challenge" program. She spent 7 years in her early career teaching at the high school and university levels, including a year in France on a Fulbright Scholarship.
