Gemma is a front-end developer working at finder.com.au, one of Australia’s largest financial comparison websites. Prior to that she had various roles in IT support, office management and once upon a time was even a medical secretary. As a junior developer Gemma is passionate about front-end languages and gets excited building something from scratch and then styling it to make it beautiful and responsive. When she isn’t writing JavaScript or reading up on CSS selectors then she likes to spend her free time out on the beach with her camera, soldering her own RGB matrices, reading science fiction novels or re-watching old episodes of Doctor Who.
