Frankie is an experienced senior UX practitioner; currently a Senior User Experience Designer for Commonwealth Bank, who has worked in the public and private sector, both in Australia and the UK on some pretty awesome projects. These projects include complex financial interfaces, content heavy websites, intranets, mobile apps and responsive sites.

From an early age, Frankie has had a fascination with understanding people and how to effectively communicate with them. In 2006, this fascination became a passionate career when she came face to face with the new and unique industry that is UXD. Since then, Frankie has worked in senior UX roles across various industries and countries. She's researched and designed for people that were:

~ looking for love - RSVP;

~ looking for a home - Domain, APM;

~ managing their money - NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB, CommBank;

~ managing their super - JP Morgan, Aus Super, UBS, CommBank;

~ going on holiday - Stayz, Questacon; and

~ processing working holiday maker visas – Department of Immigration and Citizenship

Frankie loves creating interfaces which are useful and relevant to the audience, especially when she's able to amend the design after observing people using the interface.

Frankie is currently designing a unique end-to-end home buying experience for CommBank customers. In her spare time, Frankie loves dragon boating, baking cakes and hanging out with her new hubby Bruce – ask her how they met!
