At the client side, gave him the opportunity to look deeper into the business data and operations. He managed to optimize ecommerce sales by training the regional team, forging strong partnerships to achieve the ambitious sales targets that eventually won them the best sales team in APAC. During his time at the venture capital – 8capita, he has planned, guided and crafted for the start-ups, their product directions, business model and growth strategy. He also provides product input for investments that the company planned to undertake.
Currently, Fern Yit leads the digital strategy at Proximity Singapore, together with clients like Visa, P&G, Fonterra, APB and more.
