Fernando is an entrepreneur and technologist with over 15 years of experience obtained in Europe, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong within a wide range of industries, including Citibank, EMC, Telefonica and NTT Research Labs. Elected president of the Spanish Confederation of Junior Enterprises, he has participated in the creation and successful development of multiple start-up internet, mobile and e-commerce companies.
Expertise includes: system architecture, product development, web development, lean & agile management, international project management, and business process analysis.
Awarded with several scholarships from the European Union and the Ministry of Industry of Japan, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's degrees in both Computer Science and Business Intelligence.
Fer is currently a full-time instructor for General Assembly's Software Engineering Immersive course.
