Farah Kassam is the Director of Talent Development at Reddit. At Reddit, she is a leader on the People & Culture team where they are building frameworks for a people-first culture. She is responsible for the engagement, retention, and growth of Reddit's quickly scaling team. Farah has deep knowledge in cultivating company culture that is high performing, true to the ethos of the organization and values inclusiveness. Along her journey, people have always been the "why" and the "how". She has worked with mental health organizations, social enterprises, tech companies, in research, recruiting and career coaching. Enabling people to grow and thrive is her core mission. Farah has a Masters in Gender Studies from LSE, is a certified yoga teacher, and has a love of travel - having herself lived in Kenya, Portugal, Canada, the UK and the US.
