Erin LeDell is the Chief Machine Learning Scientist at H2O.ai, an artificial intelligence company in Mountain View, California where she works on developing open source software for scalable machine learning.

Before joining H2O.ai, she was the Principal Data Scientist at Wise.io and Marvin Mobile Security, and the founder of DataScientific, Inc. Erin received her Ph.D. in Biostatistics from University of California, Berkeley and has a B.S. and M.A. in Mathematics.

Erin is also the founder and co-organizer of the Bay Area Women in Machine Learning & Data Science meetup group and the co-organizer of R-Ladies San Francisco.
