Erica Stokes brings over 10 years of diverse HR experience to the table, with industry experience ranging from ecommerce to video games, manufacturing and healthcare. An agent of change, she has a passion for creating (and reinventing!) the HR function from scratch and infusing tactical HR strategy into the business. As Director of HR for Poppin, Erica oversees all aspects of HR to support the internal mission of #workhappy, and is responsible for building the internal HR team, day to day operations and long term strategy.
