Since graduating from General Assembly's web development immersive in July 2015, Erica has been working as a full stack junior developer for Motivii.com, a startup that build web apps to help employees track their motivation and engagement. Prior to studying web development, Erica worked in a project management role within an international consultancy and has spent several years studying and working in China.
