Erica is a Director of Product at Warner Media. As a product manager, one of her obsessions is to fix all things inefficient - whether it is getting the most value out of a lean team at work or finding the best route to a restaurant.
Erica first noticed the wide gender disparity in tech while working toward her Bachelors in Computer Science. This persisted throughout her stints with Silicon Valley startups. To address this inefficiency, Erica drives for diversity and equality as she builds her teams and she also mentors young female professionals getting into technology.
