Eric Nordquist is a 10+ year vet of the user experience field serving in design, research, and leadership roles primarily in large corporations such as Boeing, Dell, General Motors, and Rackspace. Eric is a regular presenter at local events, workshops, is a current member of the faculty at UT's School of Information as well as Texas State University, and a Principle of Design at Theresa Neil Strategy Plus Design.
Eric's focus in recent years has been on improving the ways design teams work in corporate settings, how they fit into the various SW delivery methodologies, and how to hire and build out design teams within large corporate cultures with a focus on showing the Return on Investment of design.
