Eric’s passion is building digital experiences that inspire people and grow business. He’s a UX/UI designer and Usability Analyst with over 20 years of expertise in user centered design, building cross-functional teams, research, usability tests, and change management. He is known for his ability to define the right problems to solve, understand and empathize with the user, and consistently deliver results.
Eric loves leveraging UCD principles that expand, increase, and grow user engagement. To this end, Eric has had success in optimizing experiences for brands like: Chick-fil-A, CDC Software, TalentPlus, Rockwell-Collins, Sea Ray Boats, Hilton Hotels, the YMCA, Joni and Friends International Disability Center, and the Washington State Department of Social Services, to name a few.
As a self described life-long-learner, Eric enjoys passing on what he has learned and studied to upcoming designers and those who are new to the field of UX.
