Emma is a UX designer at Beyond, a technology and ideas company. Emma worked as a researcher in behavioral research labs at UC Berkeley, then joined Beyond as a researcher, helping inform design and strategy for companies including Airbnb, Instagram and AbbVie. She transitioned into a research-driven design capacity at Beyond and has designed products that drive business value for a range of Google clients including Google Retail, Google Campus, and Think With Google among others. She has spoken at SXSW on human-centered design and organized a Bay Area UX event for over 300 attendees.
