Emma is a Data Scientist and an instructor for data science and Python classes at General Assembly. Prior to becoming a data scientist she worked in the environmental field, conducting data analysis and scientific research on topics such as marine resource protection, California water policy, and marine invertebrates. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from UCSB and loves being outdoors and in the water.
