Emily Pope heads up Audience Development at Spoon University where she leads growth marketing—inlcuding email acquisition, SEO, paid social media, and brand partnerships. Before Spoon, she was the Content and Social Media manager at General Assembly. When she's not busy internetting for amazing startups, Emily helps teach a part-time digital marketing class at General Assembly and leads a Social Media Strategy Mapping workshop. With any spare time, Emily enjoys playing her ukulele and getting ready to go to the gym but actually watching True Crime documentaries on Netflix.
