Elisa is Head of Customer Success and Business Operations at Planted, where she was the very first employee! After starting her career in finance, she seized the opportunity to join the startup world and has helped build Planted from the ground up — developing and optimizing processes, spearheading new product features, building out the team, and much more. While her role continues to evolve, she remains passionate about improving the Planted user experience, helping companies grow awesome teams, and working with candidates to accelerate their careers. Fun fact: Elisa was an M&T at the University of Pennsylvania, where she first met Connie Wong, future founder of Planted!
