Eileen started her career as a management consultant at Accenture working with clients including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pepsico, and Cargill. In 2011, she started Venture for America, a national nonprofit and fellowship program for recent grads to launch their careers as entrepreneurs. As COO over VFA's first 6 years, Eileen grew the company from 2 employees, 40 Fellows, 5 cities with a $200K budget to 35+ employees, 800+ Fellows, 18 cities and an $8MM budget.
