Eden is a marketing communications and community engagement professional.
For over a decade, Eden has been at the forefront of digital marketing. She has transitioned technology firms and start ups from traditional, hard-to-measure print advertising and direct mailers to personalized, targeted multi-channel communication campaigns orchestrated with marketing automation. She currently consults with small-to-medium businesses in packaged goods, food and wine, and event planning industries.
Eden approaches digital marketing as a conversation among friends, specializing in helping businesses put “person” back into brand personality. She believes in empowering all team members to assist when they spot a problem and in delivering positive experiences across all communication channels whether face-to-face or online, dynamic or static.
She thrives on hypothesis testing, establishing benchmarks and identifying variables to track new community experiments, abhorring wasted effort.
Eden has never met a “best practice” she has not tested.
In this 10-week course, students will learn to plan and execute a marketing campaign, acquire and engage users, and quantify a strategy's success.
