Dylan brings his background in hospitality and retail to the food industry having managed high-end marinas in Florida and New England along with a boutique clothing store in Martha's Vineyard and Newport, Rhode Island. Currently he manages front-end operations at Pemberton Farms in Cambridge, MA. It is here where his primary focus and expertise lies within specialty foods and chocolate. As buyer, Dylan takes a considerate and holistic approach when identifying chocolate with the appropriate "Pemberton feel."
