Seeing the shift in the way people experience brands and services, Dustin focused his energy on understanding user behaviors and needs in the digital space. Approaching challenges with a human centered approach to design has allowed Dustin to craft experiences that are intuitive, delightful to use and visually engaging. Employing ethnographic and user needs research, fast prototyping and an iterative design process has allowed him to consistently produce convincing results for clients.
