The value of its human capital is, Drew believes, a company's largest asset. As the Vice President of Client Solutions for The Ash Group, Drew helps companies identify and hire the right talent. Prior to joining The Ash Group, Drew was the Chief of Staff and Head of HR for FullContact, a Denver based tech company. While serving as Head of HR, FullContact's team grew from 100 people to over 280 in 16 months. During this time, Drew was a key stakeholder in preserving FullContact’s culture as the company grew, ensuring that the trains kept moving on time and that objectives were met while also ensuring that each individual's contribution was valued.
