Scott is a business and industrial/organizational psychologist with 18 years of human resources (HR) experience as both a practitioner and consultant delivering HR and talent management strategy; functional and program performance improvement; and organizational design, change, and development solutions. Prior to joining The Hackett Group Scott held consulting leadership positions at EY, Capgemini Consulting and Pronovo Consulting. He has spent his entire career working with global multinational companies to transform corporate and line HR functions and help organizations and their people drive success and transformation through human capital & talent management strategy, performance improvement, and organizational change and development consulting.
