Dr. Lynn Chang is the founder of CAREER ZEN and Zen University, and the author of The 10 Day Career Cleanse. Her holistic 'East Meets West' approach to career guidance infuses the spiritual principles of yoga and meditation with the theories and techniques from counseling psychology. Dr. Chang has been guiding people towards career clarity and life fulfillment for nearly 20 years and is on a personal mission to create happy people at work. Originally a university career counselor at The University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Chang created CAREER ZEN to help adults answer the question "What do I want to be when I grow up?"
