Andres is a physician who trained as a psychiatrist in London. He trained and worked in the NHS for many years before starting a career in the independent sector. He served as medical director for one of the largest independent mental health organisations in the UK. He left to found Thrive in 2012 where he currently serves as CEO. He is honorary lecturer at the division of psychiatry in UCL and the department of psychology at University of Roehampton.
