I am an award winning User Experience Strategist with over 15 years experience helping fortune 500 clients define customers needs and transforming them into intuitive and delightful interactive experiences. My projects have been in both B2C and B2B for the web, mobile and tablet. I speak regularly about improving online experiences and teach classes about social media, mobile design and User Experience.

I have overseen and managed interdisciplinary teams through research, strategy development, concept, product definition, and design. My entrepreneurial spirit has allowed me to play unique and active role in helping business owners craft the strategic vision for their products. I consider myself a strategic product owner, a team player, and a skilled client partner all rolled into one.

I am involved in several volunteer initiatives including teaching technology classes at Sandy Springs Middle School, and ongoing design consultation for Peace Corps. My passion is sharing my knowledge and skills for the benefit of others. I often contributes my time to civic hacking events and you can find me every week at Atlanta Tech Village mentoring startups on how to incorporate UX in their businesses.

Accomplishments include: winning an adobe site of the day, winning national civic hacking atlanta hackathon, as well as several AiMA's (Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association). I have held the programming chair for Social Media Club Atlanta and CHI*A (Computer Human Interaction group in Atlanta), and founded the UX Mentors organization . I am also an active member of UPA (Usability Professionals Organization), IxDa (Interaction Design Association of Atlanta), and AWDG (Atlanta Web Development Group).
