Orlando
A co-founder and partner of Neoware, Diane applies her unique expertise and experience across diverse organizational functions to foster and grow strong partnerships and engagement with a healthy strategic context for product and service innovation to serve existing and new markets as we grow. Prior to joining Neoware in 2018, Diane served as Executive Director of Mainstreet Orlando Tech Association and, subsequently, COO of the Orlando Regional Tech Association. She currently represents Neoware on the Orlando Economic Partnership’s Orlando Tech Council.
Diane has worked extensively in organizational design, training and talent development, employee and member communications, product management, sales, and specialized project development, and user experience research. Whether building engagement with enterprise clients or coaching early-stage entrepreneurs, Diane secures strong and lasting client relationships with a proven aptitude for coaching, mentoring and training cohesive, successful department and matrixed teams. As an executive coach and management consultant, she has been recognized for her ability to communicate effectively, prioritize complex projects and motivate peers by personally demonstrating consistently high levels of performance. This diverse background is fundamental in helping her to identify and identify both our most valued markets and how we best deliver our services to meet those customers’ needs. At Neoware she oversees the nexus of strategic functions linking Community Development, Innovation, and Business Development.
