Devan is a Technical Recruiter and Marketing Operations team member at BlueWave Resource Partners, a boutique recruitment firm focused on partnering with rapid-growth startups and recently funded companies. As someone on the frontlines of the ever-changing technology landscape, she is very educated on trends, gaps & growth within the local community.
Devan graduated UCF in 2016 with a degree in Entrepreneurial Business Management and has since had a passion for startups and innovation. While her job provides her daily exposure to key influencers and leaders around town, she has also been active in some of Orlando’s key community groups, including Together Digital Orlando, Orlando Devs, and TAB – not to mention some special projects coming up in 2020.
