Derek is a tech support engineer that works with a data analysis platform called DAS. Prior to completing GA’s SEI boot camp, Derek was a personal trainer for many years. When he is not working with databases, he enjoys doing challenging things like mountain biking, trail running, and swimming. He credits these challenging workouts with helping him persist and get through boot camp and the following job search.
