Boston
Derek Cascio is a freelance designer, educator and illustrator. A 2006 graduate from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, he is currently a full-time faculty member at Wentworth Institute of Technology in the Industrial Design department. He is also the co-founder of Design Museum Boston where he currently serves on its Boston Advisory Council. When he’s not educating his students or the public about design, Derek fills his time working on projects across a variety of design disciplines for clients both big and small.
He is a compulsive doodler with an overactive imagination and is looking forward to sharing his knowledge, experience and creative energy with the General Assembly audience.
