Dennis Grady is a serial entrepreneur who was raised in a small family business and has spent his life starting and running small businesses. Throughout his career he has periodically kept one foot in corporate working for companies such as Thomson Reuters, UBS Investment Bank, Brown Brothers Harriman and Gerson Lehrman Group. Dennis was heavily involved in the startup community in New York City in the late 1990s and early 2000s as part of a networking organization that connected startups with venture funding. He also started one of the most well respected executive recruitment firms in the NY financial world which he then sold in 2013 when he took the lead on The Career Advisory Group - the leading career advancement & coaching company for financial professionals. After moving to Hong Kong in 2014 and discovering how vibrant and open the startup community is, Dennis launched Asia Venture Club to provide startups with access to relevant, impactful business intelligence, skills, insights and (eventually) capital.

Dennis is also involved in charity organizations that support startup companies and entrepreneurs such as Venture For America and Rising Tide Capital that aim to drive socio-economic development of disadvantaged neighborhoods through the enhancement of entrepreneurial and startup culture and talent.
