A respected multimedia journalist in today’s ever evolving media industry, DeNishia D Yearby has distinguished herself as one of the most sought-after leaders of the Hip-Hop generation. She is the owner of her own practice, DDY Communications, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast Journalism from prestigious Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. She has amassed credentials that include her being tapped as a reporter for Rock the Vote’s "Rock the Trail" during the historic 2008 presidential election. Her work on this project while still an undergraduate prompted executives at CNN, The Washington Post, The Source magazine and Wiretap magazine to offer Ms. Yearby plumb freelance opportunities as a seasonal contributor and field correspondent.
