Denis Cheung

Canadian-born Chinese raised in Hong Kong, Denis was in Canada for high school and the UK for university. Originally from a finance background, he made the transition to the tech industry by mastering technologies and libraries such as Ruby on Rails, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Scrapping, SQL, and many more. He now helps others make the career transition as one of our most popular instructors for the Web Development Immersive course at General Assembly.

Web development aside, Denis is passionate about sports and games especially tennis and League of Legends. He's always looking for tennis partners!
