Debra L. Innocenti is a partner at Strasburger & Price LLP and maintains a diverse transactional and specialty litigation practice for technology and Internet-related legal matters. She assists startups and established companies with entity formation; governance and cooperate housekeeping; capital raising and financing; acquiring and protecting intellectual property; software licensing and open source compliance; data security, data privacy, internet, and social media issues; and online business defamation and cyber harassment. She is a tech entrepreneur herself and has developed a web app to streamline legal services for startups. She was named Geekdom’s 2015 VIP Geek, a Tech Flash Rising Start by the San Antonio Business Journal, one of the Best Attorneys in Information Technology by San Antonio Scene Magazine, and a Texas Rising Star by Thomson and Reuters.
