Deanna is a Vice President in the Integrated Portfolio Services group, specializing in portfolio management and corporate real estate strategy to ultimately provide her clients significant occupancy cost savings. She advises clients on their real estate requirements, including relocations, expansions, dispositions and acquisitions. She currently serves as the Account Manager and Transaction Manager for several portfolio accounts, including Qualfon and Alliance Data Card Services.
Additionally, Deanna is national Co-Lead of JLL’s Contact Center Solutions practice group, which provides technology and consultation for third-party and corporate contact center requirements including location strategy, site selection, transaction management and construction. The Contact Center Solutions team combines real estate expertise with labor intelligence to develop solutions that align operational and workforce requirements with locations that best support business and talent acquisition strategies.
