David is a startup nut with over 15 years working on various startups, from Brisbane's first Internet cafe and ISP, one of Brisbane's first web development firms, to ePharmacy, the online chemist that exploded to become the fifth largest retailer in Australia - Chemist Warehouse.
Initially coming from a heavy technical background, working with startups over the years has given him an unusually broad skillset. David is comfortable working on the business side, with strengths in strategy, marketing and financial management in addition to his core web and mobile product technical skills.
David is passionate about building exceptional and innovative products that change the way people go about their everyday lives.
He is currently using his passion for startups to developco-working spaces in Australia - starting with Fishburners and branching into digital services with EngineRoom and hardware startups with Solidifier - hosting many of Australia's best technology entrepreneurs.
