David is a marketing veteran with over 25 years’ experience working on some of Australia's leading brands. After cutting his marketing teeth at Nestle, David became Telstra’s head of Mobile Marketing & Operations. David has also led marketing departments at AGL and Stockland He recently moved into the role of CEO of True Local and CEO Skip, after serving 4 years as CEO of Virgin Mobile Australia
David has a degree in Commerce (Marketing) from UNSW and in his career has worked in Australia, Switzerland and the USA. He is a previous member of Virgin’s Global Brand Council and a previous board member of the AANA (Australian Association of National Advertisers). He has just recently been appointed to the Chair of the Advertising Standards Bureau Board. He is happily married and is the proud father of two teenage boys.
