    David Rivera is a Program Manager at Jacobs with over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry. He is currently leading select project teams responsible for program management services for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the LaGuardia Airport. The redevelopment program will herald a new era for LaGuardia Airport; to transform LaGuardia into a world-class transportation hub. Prior to joining Jacobs, he worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Skanska and as a Project Architect for Cannon Design. David is a Certified Construction Manager and he holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Architecture and a Master's of Urban Design from SUNY at Buffalo.
