Dave was founder and CEO of SkyBuilt Power (first solar/wind plug-and-play prepackaged systems) and is counsel to and on the boards or mentor to many tech and other companies, trade associations, and foundations. Formerly, he was VP to what is now a $2B mutual fund, Gen. Counsel to international trade associations; and with OMB, NSC, prosecutor and Special Asst. to the Asst. Atty. General, DOJ, and worked on Capitol Hill. He is an A/V rated attorney, Of Counsel to Mogel & Sweet, Wash. DC, and Co-editor of Energy Law and Transactions (7 vols., LexisNexis) and holds numerous patents. Georgetown Univ. (BSFS) Georgetown Law (JD) and Cornell Law.
