David Fung is a Senior UX Designer at Goodreads, an Amazon company. He has most recently become involved with GA as an Expert-in-Residence in the User Experience Design night course. He has extensive experience designing for mobile web and other surfaces including Kindle Fire and iOS. During his time at Goodreads, he’s been focussed on learning more about users through working closely with the Customer Care team, and leading the Design Research program at the company.
Before Goodreads, he was formerly at TV.com, a CBS Interactive brand, and various start ups such as Yardbarker and Peek. Through the course of his career, he’s had the pleasure of working as a in-house designer in a large company, a startup designer, and also a service designer, working in design firms early in his career.
In his free time, he likes creating baseball-themed infographics, and any graphic that can explain complex statistics.
