David’s practice focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs and start-up companies as well as the structuring, negotiating and documenting of business transactions in the television, film, Internet, publishing and new media industries. David graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2001 and began his own practice in 2008 so that he could focus his energy on providing clients personalized and high quality legal services.
