David began his career as a designer and developer, then a manager of creatives, a project director, a process designer and now a strategic and Customer Experience design consultant. There is not much in technology that he hasn’t done.
David has crystallised his human-centred design expertise at IE. David has been instrumental in developing IE’s design philosophy, which combines Design Thinking, Agile delivery and Lean planning into strategic products and services that accelerate change in organisations like Lexus, APT, AGL and Australia Post.
