In addition to co-founding and leading Ohos, Dave is an a Co-Organizer for CultureLabsX , a contributing author to Forbes, Fast Company, Huffington Post, and Inc. magazines. He is a well respected speaker on various HR, leadership, and organizational people issues; known most for his irreverent conversational style and willingness to challenge the status quo head on.
When he isn't helping organizations, Dave can be found enjoying time with his family, getting lost in the Colorado backcountry on skis, foot, or bike, and seeing what else is possible.
