Daniel Koh
Daniel has been in the IT industry for over 37 years. As a Masters degree graduate in Information Technology Management from the University of Surrey, he is currently a Lead Instructor for the Data Analytics Immersive course. In his previous role, he was an Education Consultant in MicroStrategy, Senior IT manager in Dell, EMC and Misys in various roles from software development, customer support, product training, technical consultancy and end user support. He has worked with MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, AWS amongst other tools.
As a strong advocate of great customer experience, his work is focus to end user understanding of data analytics and data science with understanding of both internal and external stakeholders. He loves to innovate and deploy creative solutions in learning and development.
