    Dan is currently leading efforts at Accolade to build the analytic, insight, and behavioral influence engine supporting Accolade’s Concierge Platform development. Before joining Accolade, Dan spent 9 years with Anthem leading efforts relating to the application of behavioral science into member and provider messaging, as well as leading product management for the clinical analytics engine and supporting interventions aligned with Anthem’s care management strategies.

    Prior to Anthem, he led his own company focused on the application of technology for health improvement and behavior change that was purchased by Resolution Health in 2007. He was also responsible for the development of a population health management business while working within the Growth Enterprises area of Monsanto, as well as a diversified health management services company providing health, childcare, and physiological and biometric testing applications.

    Dan has over 30 years of experience in researching, innovating, and building new approaches to influencing health behavior. He was responsible for two major cost-benefit studies for the Department of the Army and Office of Personnel Management evaluating the economic impacts of comprehensive worksite health promotion programs.
